The well-being of our clients, team members, and community is of the utmost importance to Matthew Accounting. We understand it is critical to maintain a high level of service during this time, as well as follow best practices to help keep you and our team healthy. For this reason, below are ways we are working to minimize potential risk as we work towards April 15th together.
Information Sharing: To protect both our clients and staff against virus spread, we are recommending that where possible we conduct information sharing using electronic options.
Documents: To provide us with documents, we recommend you send items through the secure Client Portal, available on our website.

Appointments: Appointments via teleconference or phone call will be our primary mode of service. We will be reaching out to all clients with already scheduled appointments to discuss preferred options to suit your individual needs.
E-Sign/E-delivery: We urge you to take advantage of the option to e-sign and receive e-delivery of your individual tax returns. This has the added benefit of tracking your refund as soon as 24 hours after the IRS accepts your tax return.
Our technology and processes will enable our team members to continue to serve your needs remotely if the need arises. In addition, our team members have the spirit and desire to do what is necessary to help meet your important deadlines and continue to serve your needs.
