Fee Structure
Individual Tax Preparation -- Fees are dependent on each particular situation and are billed at standard rates (i.e. price / form or schedule) unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Business Tax Preparation & Planning -- Fees are dependent on each particular situation (i.e. level of expertise & time required) and are billed at standard rates ($100 per hour) unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Accounting Systems & Consulting -- Fees are dependent on each particular situation and are billed at standard rates ($100 per hour) unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

A written estimate of all fees will be provided prior to Business engagements.

An estimate of all fees will be provided upon request to Individual clients.

Payment Terms & Finance Charges
We accept Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa.

Fees for individual income tax return services are due upon delivery of returns.

Invoices are due upon receipt - Invoice balances over 30 days are assessed a $25 dollar late fee and a finance charge of 1.0% per month.
